Food we’d feed our own family.
We bake to nourish the people around us. That means good ingredients, chosen with care, and good food made fresh every morning. Every loaf and pastry is something we’d be proud to feed our own family, and we’re grateful to share it with yours.
It all began with a love of the burnt Basque cheesecake of San Sebastián. Today our counter holds sourdough breads and pastries too, each one made with our own starter.
