    We are taking preorders at the moment. You can easily place an order through our website or message us on Instagram @getbasque. Please place your order by Wednesday. Pickup location : Saturday at The Market (Camp Cohen), Sunday at Upper Valley Market (Hobby Lobby West).
  • Can I customize my order or request a specific flavor?
    We offer customization options for bulk orders, catering, and special occasions. Contact our team via email at admin@getbasque.com or send us a message on Instagram @getbasque for more information on personalized orders.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp.
  • Where do you ship your products?
    We do not offer shipping currently. Local pickups only.

  • How should I store my BAS QUE cheesecake?
    Upon arrival, place your cheesecake in the refrigerator or fridge immediately. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Let it sit for 30+ minutes before serving for the creamiest texture. For leftover, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Do your products contain allergens?
    Some of our products may contain common allergens like milk, eggs, and nuts.
  • Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
    We are continually expanding our offerings. Please check our product listings for gluten-free and vegan options, or contact us for specific dietary inquiries.
  • Do you offer sugar alternative options?
    Yes we do! We can replace sugar with stevia and honey.
